I'm using Asterisk 11 and the call center module without any issues. However, after the latest update, the customer information for outbound calls in the call center module has stopped appearing on the agents' screens. The buttons, such as end call, transfer, etc., are also inactive. This issue occurs in roughly 1 out of 15 calls, while the rest work fine. I've been unable to resolve this problem, and I also couldn't manage to roll back the update.
