Hi, from your description, we also do not know what happened and hence noone would be able to help. Without logs or errors, its like texting your car mechanic saying: "my car does not work, please help". He won't be able to help at all becuase of lack of information.
So, we need now to ask you questions, and wait for your replies, waisting both your and everyones time.
If you cannot start some service, you will see at least one error on the console, you must share that error. Usually the error you get will also tell you some commands to run to get even more verbose debugs (usually happens when trying to start services via systemctl, so you can see details of the service and errors using systemctl itself or journalct, any command you can use will be listed right on the screen for you to check).
Finally, any service requires free disk space to work. One thing you should verify always is availability of disk space for your applications. Without free disk space, database won't start, web sessions won't work, etc.
Best regards,
