Ok, here is how you should be able to make this work:
NOW. I can't really help you with getting your SMTP settings setup...that configuration is different and a real pain to make work....
First, you will need to get access to the "Unembedded IssabelPBX"
Assuming you are administrator click on "SECURITY" and turn on "Enable direct access (Non-embedded) to IssabelPBX"
Save your changes
Now go to PBX -> PBX CONFIGURATION -> Unembedded IssabelPBX -> SETTINGS -> ADVANCED SETTINGS
Change Display Readonly Settings? AND Override Readonly Settings to "TRUE"
A little green "CHECK" box will appear, you will need to press that.
Scroll down to
"Post Call Recording Script" and put in
bash /etc/asterisk/emailcall.sh ^{YEAR} ^{MONTH} ^{DAY} ^{TIMESTR} ^{FROMEXTEN} ^{CALLFILENAME}.^{MIXMON_FORMAT} ^{ARG3}
Click on the green check box
At the top you'll see a red bar, APPLY CHANGES
Now you will need to go to CLI
/etc/asterisk/
create a file called "emailcall.sh"
and put this in it:
#!/bin/bash
#Email recorded call after hangup
dt=$(date '+%m/%d/%Y %r');
echo -e "new recording \n\n
date and time $dt \n\n
from $5 \n\n
for $7 \n\n
mail -s "test" EMAILaddress -A /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/$1/$2/$3/$6
Save your changes
Set file and executive permissions
chown asterisk:asterisk emailcall.sh
chmod 774 emailcall.sh
Now install "MAIL" application
yum install mailx
Now set your extension to record.
Make a call and test
If you dont see the email appear, a starting point is troubleshooting your SMTP settings, good luck.
/var/log/maillog contains SMTP messages.
