Hey, Am new to Issabel, and the company am working use this product. the extension have been working well for both internal and external call, but today every extension on operator panel went inactive hence cant make call both internal and external any ssistance to resolve the issue will be appreciated

If the panel shows extensiones as inactive (probably not registered), it means phone lost registration, most probably due to network issues or reconfiguration. Enabling fail2ban and having a phone configured with a bad password might get your IP banned from registering, so that is something you will need to check also (on the security tab). Enabling the firewall without proper rules can also lock your phones out. So that should be checked too.
