i want to change/disable music that played when agent waiting for incoming call.
does anybody know how to change it ?
I changed musiconhold => default to musiconhold => none in /etc/asterisk/agents.conf but not worked
thank you all i solve it by remove the the comment line before the musiconhold ";"
To change or turn off the ringback music when an agent is waiting for an incoming call, you need to go to your call center's system settings and find the option related to the ringback sound.
