Install Asterisk 11 only. 13 doesn't work with call center (yet)
Do NOT use 3 digit extensions..use 4 digit extensions
MUST have phone (hardset or softphone) registered to even test first time login
Agent MUST be configured properly in PBX queue dynamic or static agent positions.
DYNAMIC AGENTS - SXXXX,0
(S for SIP and xxxx=4 digit extension)
STATIC AGENT
when you enter an agent into the Call Center system, assign an agent number (not to be confused with their
phone number) you need to put this number INTO the static agent box in the queue settings for the pbx.
Enter it as A99899,0
It HAS to be prefixed' with an "A" for agent.
