Hi everyone, I just recently installed issabel 11, so far everything was fine when i was making tests using eyebeam and 3CX softphones, last night i installed a number of extensions in a Grandstream ATA GXW 4008 , the DMTF preferred method is listed as below:

3. SIP INFO
DMTF negotation is disable

I don’t have any problems making outside calls, calling between extensions or using the ivrs of another PBX outside issabel, the problem is that when i try to log in or log out from a queue , issabel doesnt recognize the digit "" .
For example if I dial "100" issabel didn't recognizes any number and it does not show any dial attempt in the logs, 100 is one of my queues. But if i dial 100 issabel recognizes the "" in the beginning the problem resides when "*" is the last digit sent, I have already tried a lot of combinations between the DMTF mode of my issabel extension and the ATA, but all of them failed.
I would really appreciate if you can help me with this.
