I am checking the call center solution without the PSTN line. All the extensions are internal and I added an extension to call the que in the "extensions_custom.conf".
While transferring the incoming call via attended call transfer, it is not working. Call is not landing to the dialed extension, but in the call details report it is showing call transferred and status as "success". Blind call transfer is working successfully. I checked the putty log also, but nothing showing in the log. Any help appreciated.
