The only way we were able to get this working was, to go from Elastix 2.5 to Elastix 4.0, then Elastix 4.0 to Issabel 4.0.
The only thing that we had to hand-bomb back in was the incoming routes. Somehow, this section does not carry over. Hope this helps ....
