Setting up Issabel PBX on the managed server

Hey fellas, I am looking to setup issabel PBX on the managed Vultr server. I know that it is possible to host Issabel PBX server on the conventional Vutlr hosting as it gives support to Issabel PBX ISO. But, I am not sure if the story remains the same with the managed Vultr Cloud server and is powered by Cloudways.
The server configuration are as below:

Processor 2 Core
Storage 60 GB
RAM 4GB
Bandwidth 3TB
