Hello everyone!
Recently I made a server with issabel on a Virtual Machine, to use in a callcenter. I succefully made them work propperly, with extentions, queues and everything else to make an outbound campaign, but I can't do the same with an IVR!!
I want to play the IVR soon as the costumer pucks up the call, and if it press the number asked, or wait until the IVR ends, it get transfered to one agent.
Can please somoene help-me?
