Hello everyone,
I'm new to Issabel and Asterisk so please bear with me.
I've set up an PBX Issabel server with help of some friends, with approximately 27 internal lines connected to a wide selections of phones (Panasonic, Grandstream, Yealink, etc).
I would like it when calls coming from outside the office and through the IVR ring a specific number of times (3-5) and if unanswered to be forwarded to a group extension (in this case the secretarial staff).
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
