Queda agente Hangup cause 32
Bom dia pessoal,
estou utilizando o modulo de callcenter do Issabel para receber chamadas.
Os agentes se logam normalmente. Mas depois de algum tempo ociosos ou em pausa, cai a conexão do agente.
Eu verifiquei gerando logs pelo manager e aparece:

Verifiquei também debugando sip:
mas não descobri o que realmente causa essa queda:
