despues de realizar los cambios comentados me he mantenido vigilando la situacion, hoy por casualidad se nos presento el problema nuevamente, en este caso es el agente 1116:

pude darme cuenta de algo que me parece interesante
en la cola existe un canal que esta en al cola que no puede ser asignado a nadie a pesar de que hay agentes conectados.

alguna idea de que puede estar pasando con esto? porque en teoria se deberia de poder trancar el canal, pero sigue como si estuviera guindado, alguna idea?
