I use Issabel 4.0.0-6.
I create Ring-Group Number = 600 , add number to Extension List and set Destination if no answer = Terminate.
In extension I set callgroup = 600.
when I call to number 600 then it suddenly terminate. If I change Destination if no answer to extension number then it call to that extension. It can not call to number ring group. It have no any ring when call ring group but it go to Destination if no answer.
How to fix ?
mmc01 You have to change the user of the files that are in the path / var / lib / asterisk / agi-bin, some have the root user and must have the asterisk user

You can verify the asterisk by executing the command: YourHost * CLI> sip shown peer. You can confirm the callgroup: 1 and Pickupgroup: 1.

you version asterisk is 13. see directory agi owner and user is asterisk.
you version issabelpbx, iso, netinstall.
two version for install asterisk11 and asterisk13.
what is version, and you installation?
Khalid722 go to /var/llib/asterisk/agi-bin search the archive dialparties.agi and verify if the owner is asterisk.

Login to server with putty or shell and go to the location go to /var/llib/asterisk/agi-bin and change permission of dialparties.agi to asterisk using command chown asterisk:asterisk dialparties.agi...

i got a problem a gain is if i reboot the system i have to write that cmd 
evrytime (chmod 777 /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi)
use the command: chown asterisk /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi
Doing this will still work even after a reboot

Hello,i need your help because i against an unusual and strange problem with a simple thing.
Ring groups. I have migrated from elastis to issabel everything works fine. trunks extensions register.
Inbounds and outbounds works fine when i have attached an extensions directly.
In ring groups i have no call. i have created diferrent ring groups (500-600-) but no one ringing.
If i put any extension in inbound route rings normal.
I have installed yesterday issabel and updates.
Please i need your help ..
