I'm CEO at Opens and leader member from SNEP (http://www.snep.com.br).

SNEP is an Soft PBX based on Asterisk but build from the ground. We have more than 40.000 servers running in Brazil.

SNEP is licensed by GPL but was projected as a Ecossystem and not just a Software Project.

douglasconrad Hello, I have accessed to the SNEP site, but I don´t understand Portuguese, so I will be a problem for me to try it or to see how it works.

gmanzo the software is in english, portugues and spanish. The site and manuals are in translation.

You can download and use it your favorite language.

yo lo instale pero requiere de conexion a internet desde la pbx
solicita de un registro y al confirmar hay una parte que indica que se tienen 5 creditos creo que es soporte, pero al ingresar las credenciales desde el navegador hacia la pbx snep, no pasa de una parte donde solicita nuevamente el registro o los datos del registro por si me habia equivocado ya intente varias veces el ingreso se la credenciales del registro y luego de 20 segundos indica que se produce una error y no me deja pasar.

bajar-anime The procedure for the first access is:
- install SNEP
- do your register on ITC Portal (http://itc.opens.com.br) or do it in the SNEP first screen. This register require your confirmation by email before you go ahead.
- after this first authtentication you will redirected to Admin Login screen
- logIn with default admin credentials: admin -> admin123
And then Be happy.

To do that, you need internet access.

bajar-anime One more thing, all is GPL and free. The credit you probably saw was about a service we have here in Brazil called "portability", specially for GSM routes. It identify the Telco owned the phone number you are calling and can redirect the call through the right GSM Chip, as an example.

asternic Yes. You can download just the source code and install manually apache, mariadb, asterisk and etc.

If you use a Debian distro you can download the .deb package and install easily than the source code.

existe un forma de saltarse ese registro?

como yo estoy en El Salvador no requiero de ese servicio de GSM que es unicamente para Brazil

perdon por no actualizar antes pero los fines de año es cuando mas trabajo se tiene y se dispone de poco tiempo para investigacion.

bajar-anime El registro no es sólo para los créditos, sino también para mantener la información de los servidores activos y añadir valor al proyecto, unir los fabricantes, proveedores de servicios pueden hacer negocios juntos y desarrolladores.

Por lo que se sirve el interés de todos.
