All, Another observation is calls generated from extension to extension are getting recorded but calls landed on Digium E1 PRI (landed on extensions) are not getting recorded. Please help
vijaydsk Can you describe your call flow and configuration to record incoming calls?

Call comes through E1 --> Incoming Route --> IVR --> Queues --> Extensions. All the extensions created with recording enabled for both incoming and outgoing. In one server the calls are getting recorded on extensions, with the above configuration and in another they are not getting recorded. Hence we enabled recording on Queues. Hope am clear.
vijaydsk OK. Queue recording are managed in queue config, parameter "Call Recording".

venturinog Pienso que es otro caso de lo que me pasaba. las llamadas a la pstn (en mi caso fue por SIP) si se graban, pero no se ven en los reportes.

All, Another observation if i send the call to extension directly, they are getting recorded, but if i send them to IVR to queue they are not recording on extensions.
vijaydsk It is normal. Queue calls doesn't record as an extension call.
venturinog Agree but we come to square one. Another box is recording on extensions with the same configuration, but this box is not recording. Clueless!!
