Can’t understand what the problem. When I want login to agent console, I hear: Login is incorrect please add your agent number. and press #. I press my agent number, then try to press password of the agent and then press #, but it doesn't help.
I set up a queue, and add Agent Number like A300. Any ideas what I do wrong? Can't find a solution for 3 days.
