Empty or not existing recording files

Hey! I have a very serious issue with Issabel 4.

When you call an extension, but nobody answers, Asterisk creates empty file (0 bytes in case of gsm, 44 bytes in case of wav) and does not delete it. And data about that recording file is populated into a CDR.
Here is an example from cdr

But when when you look in folder file is 0 bytes

Also I noticed that sometimes there is a recordingfile in cdr, but the actual file does not exist

Does anyone know how to fix this?

P.s This is an example from Asterisk 11.25.3, but i encountered similar issues on Asterisk 13

Olá conseguistes resolver isto. Teho o mesmo problema.

The only solution i came up with - create cron script that deletes empty files and run this script at night
