Disable call waiting

I need to disable call waiting

Things I tried
In the extension page. I turned Call Waiting to Disable

In the queue page I turned Skip busy Agent to Yes

normally, you can do it in the terminal, look forward " call waiting disable" option an select "yes"

Turn Skip Busy Agents to Yes + (ringinuse=no).
