External url get parameter variable not available

hi, who know how externelurl work on callcenter module , normaly the variable can be retrieved and passed to an other ext application but i still have text static variable from phone={
PHONE}

this what i get https://192.168.1.11/limesurvey/index.php/955225?newtest=Y&phone=Telephone

must be phone=xxxxxxxx (where xxxxx = called number ) any help ?

put {phone} instead yust the Telephone word shoube somethin like this
