We have a Project where we must integrate Issabel with a system through an API. The functionality is that the system receives an SMS and then make a phone call to the person who sent the SMS, to enter a key or a series of affirmative or negative responses with a virtual operator and the result send it to the system.
Similar to the process of when you make calls to a bank and you fall into an automatic attention system and either through numerical options or entering an identifier with the keyboard, you perform a series of actions with the system that will be interconnected to the Central.
How can it be done but is the system the one who calls and the interaction process takes place?
