- I am experiencing an issue with inbound calls on Issabel 5. I have created a SIP trunk and configured inbound routes. Outbound calls work correctly, but inbound calls fail with "No matching endpoint found" or "number is not in service," even when using both chan_sip and PJSIP.
The SIP provider is sending INVITE requests without authentication, and the caller number appears in the INVITE instead of the DID, causing inbound routes not to match. Outbound calls work fine.
How can I correctly configure Issabel to accept inbound calls in this scenario?
- Also, in Issabel5 call center I’m experiencing an HTTP 500 error when accessing the Ingoing Campaigns page in Issabel 5 (menu=campaign_in). All other modules work fine. Apache and PHP logs show no errors, and the module files exist under /var/www/html/modules/campaign_in.
Could you please advise on the cause and solution?
