How to have multiple incoming calls?

Hi, So i set up an inbound route which goes to an annoucement and then a queue until an extension picks up but im unable to have more than 1 incoming calls, so the first one goes thru the annoucement into the queue but the second is stuck and doesnt even get to the annoucement. Is there a way to allow multiple calls?

Yo tengo configuraciones iguales ruta-anuncio-cola o ruta-anucio-ivr, y el único límite que tengo es el que me pone el proveedor SIP

I think, its depend on concurrent call you have in your incoming number, ask the provider about it.

Hi, I'm transitioning from another pbx system on which it was able to have more concurrent calls, so my provider wouldn't be the problem. I also looked and my asterisk logs aren't showing any sign of the second call and when I try to call in on second number the call fails.
