I set up remote SMTP so voicemail gets sent to email that I put in extension->voicemail, but No email is sent. I'm not using the predefined smtp settings and tried with enabled and disabled tls but no luck. Does email even work in issabel?
Hola, deberías chequear con el proveedor del servicio smtp, si tenes bien la configuración. Por otra parte, puedes ver el log de mail en el servidor y buscar cual es el motivo que no se estén enviando los correos. Saludos,
Hi, I checked with my smtp provider and everything seems fine. Is there maybe something else i should fill out except the remote smtp category in email and an email to send in extensions->[extension name]->voicemail?

No, I tried both centrum.cz and proton.me and none were working. Do I need to set gmail as my provider?
