SIP Header Manipulation

I'm thinking of deploying Issabel, however, I have a specific issue with a SIP Header.

Can Issabel take a pipe delimeted value in a SIP header and transorm it into two headers?

ININAttr 123469392923|+27874726354

in the example I'm looking to move the 123469392923 into the P-Aserted Header & the +27874726354 into the from header
