i created an IAX2 extension to use as a fax, i created the virtual fax, but when someone calls me to send fax or i try to send one to myself, it does not detect it and it forwards the call to the ring group. i tried sip or dahdi detection, but no good.. Fax Queue says: Final status of fax job: failed: No carrier detected
could anyone help ?
Debes crear la extensión en fax y en PBX como iax2
I did the extension for the fax, i can see it connected with iax2 show peers at the cli and i can hear it answer when i call it.. but, when i have an incoming call, it does not detect it..
i use sip trunks from yuboto.com
Debes ver que tú proveedor soporte fax y uses el codec adecuado no uses compresión
