Issabel calls (and videocalls) drop exactly every 32 seconds

I've been working on setting up issabel so it can handle calls and video calls, i've followed every step from this web page: https://www.packtpub.com/mapt/book/networking_and_servers/9781849519342/8/ch08lvl1sec115/setting-up-video-calls | it works, but every time it hits the 32 second mark, the call ends. The only changes i've made to issabel were the ones specified in the tutorial, for the moment i dissabled my firewall and i have no NAT. Im using as a softphone (for my smarthphone) linphone, If someone can please help solve this problem, i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I am new to the issabel interface.
I know this normally happens if your ip address is not allowed on the pbx.
On freepbx there is a option in setting where you can the network ranges that you allow on the system

Sorry for not replying, I was out of the city, exactly where can i find this options, i read some blogs where they said that it was a problem related to NAT and the FireWall, I'll try searching for that setting, if not a little help would be appreciated, this is a final project and we are running out of time, any help is good. Thanks.

I think i have solved this problem, going in to the sip settings (just like dariohimo said) allowing all Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls, since this is a school project and its going to be in a controlled enviroment, i guess this will do the job, hopefully once im on vacations ill find another way to solve this.

Hi , allowing the anonimous call is worst thing you can do it. you're Pbx is open to be hack.
check the sip.conf and nat.conf , check the router (forward rules)

Hi, disabled anonimous in sip is major option.
Your configuration en sip codecs video, localnet, externip.

sip in anonynous attack differents factor.

The user is having trouble with Issabel video calls dropping at the 32 second mark. They have followed the tutorial from PacktPub and have disabled their firewall and NAT. They are using Linphone as a softphone on their smartphone.
