Big Size File Call Recording

Hello,

Currently i have problem which the Issabel create call recording file with big size. There are 5 system, each system there were 1 file with 50 GB, 30 GB, 6 GB size. When playback just noise.
Any one can share what caused this problem?
The call recording file format is .wav.

sinjosb Que la llamada se quedó activa. Puede pasar con líneas analógicas que no detecta en hangup. No suele pasar con troncales sip.
