Hello everyone,
I’ve recently added my PBX server to the user portal at my.issabel.com and successfully activated my Issabel Network subscription using the activation code. The portal shows that my server has a valid license for the next 365 days, but I’m encountering a problem with remote monitoring and management.
Specifically:
The portal shows a "Remote Monitoring Error."
Clicking the "Manage" button in the user portal doesn’t do anything.
My PBX server is behind a firewall, and I only allow access to a limited number of IP addresses (VoIP users' IPs and two company IPs for administration). I suspect the issue is firewall-related.
I’ve already tried whitelisting 149.56.9.52 (the IP address of my.issabel.com), but it didn’t resolve the problem.
Does anyone know what additional IPs, ports, or protocols need to be opened/whitelisted for Issabel remote management to work properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
