Hello folks,
I need to forward all the inbound calls from a specific extension to an external number, I already accomplish it with a Follow-me configuration. The issue is that the caller id that is coming to the destination (external number) is a fixed number (the trunk number), but I need to transmit the original caller phone number as caller id.
Anyone here knows how can this issue be solved?
Is this something that depends on the trunk provider or it can be done through issabel configuration?
