Bajar modulo call center

Estoy tratando de bajar el modulo callcenter pero me pide estar registrado al registrarme me sale este error
Imposible conectarse a Issabel Web Services. Por favor revise su conexión de internet.
internet funciona bien.
Intente instalarlo por consola y no funcionan los repositorios encontre varios repositorios buscando por google y nada no sirve no puedo usar el comando yum.
Cual es la forma por que investigue e incluso hay gente en el foro que le pasa lo mismo pero nadie le responde
o sea tiene que haber una forma de instalar este modulo si no para que existe?

Pues acabo de instalarlo con yum install issabel-callcenter (en asterisk 11 claro)

Tengo la version 11.25 de asterisk y el comando yum ni responde esto me hace
