Issabe Queue - Ring Only without answering

Hi. Anyone knows if there is a way to create a Queue on Issabel / Elastix and don't 'Answer' the call when the person
dials to the Inbound Route where its destination is the queue ?

I don't use "Music on Hold" and selected the option "Ring Only". But when the calls comes to my PBX it answer even when its selected Ring Only. e as outras opções cobram do DID assim q a ligação chega no meu PABX.

I would like the caller to stay in the queue, with ring only and not answer it so he'll not get charged...

Is that possible?

RaulChiarella Hello, queues always answer the calls. Have you tried ring groups?

venturinog Hi. The only way i got No Answer to work is using Ring Only... I could'nt make MOH No Answer work. Thanks anyway.
