I have a Snom 370 with the IP 192.168.0.156 and the IP of the Issabel Server is 192.196.0.154. Some Ideas why the Endpoint Configurator not found the Phone?

I cant see errors or something else.

If i run nmap in the CLI the Snom Phone was found.

The scan in the Endpoint Configurator takes 2 seconds and at the CLI 4 minutes.

Robert Hello, Endpoint config has a table with MAC addressess used by some telephone brands, if Snom is using a new range then the module would not recognize it as a phone.
Each hardware manufacturer can contact Issabel and apply to Hardware Certification Program in order to maintain Endpoint config up to date.

Buen día,
Debes agregar la MAC en la base de EndPoint, para que pueda mostrar el Teléfono.
Desde consola o bien por Web, agrega el phpAdmin en /var/www/

Hello Robert.

Same problem as you. It seems Endpoint Configurator is not well programmed.
My problem was that, after an IP change of my phone , it is not able to "refind" the device with new MAC, or even with older.

I don't know what to do but I suggest to be able to enter the MAC manually and after that launch the network discovery to "force". This is not actually possible with Issabel (unless through web GUI)

Any help for Robert or me will be appreciated.
