I installed g729 free codec and everything works fine but when i want to call someone using GSWAVE app specifying g729 codec i have problem with app it shut down and ISSABEL pbx routes the call to end caller but cannot make connection,it seems to be bug in gswave with this codec or something else i havent tested on zoiper yet,other codec work okey with all of mine trunks

I think Dinstar gsm is okey since i can make call with all codec supported by device

codec g729 not is free and not production server in voip.

yes i used one from http://asterisk.hosting.lv/ also this year DIGIUM paid codec is free since patent pending protection is finished,also its very obsolete since HD G722 codec and G711 are on demand,

You must not mix silence supress algorthm with newer codec G722 and G711 since it can cuttoff the sound when you speak and destroy call quality ,

G729 is still very popular when you use bad internet connection i hope Issabel developers can improve also this codec to be used in every new distribution of PBX issabel ,
