So guys... What is happening is that in callcenter module when the campaing is running, a lot of "mailbox" is answering the calls. What I need is block it. What I found is AMD (Attend Machine Detection, or something like this) but I have very dificults in install it in my Issabel and I need to know if you can help me with it. My asterisk version is 11, I'm using chan_dongles and would be very nice if you help me because have no any topic like this in the forum.
