lo realizas por la consola de linux. con comandos linux. Y la ejecución por cron
Algo asi te servira
find /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ -name '2016' | xargs rm
se les ocurre como poder hacerlo con un cron ? para que se borren automaticamente cada mes por ejemplo ? asi se almacenan siempre los ultimos 30 dias
script en bash o sh etc.
creo que he dado como hacerlo
se crea un fichero
con
find /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/* -mtime +30 -exec rm {} \;
esto borraria en teoria los ficheros mas antiguos de 30 dias luego es solo crear un cron que lo revise cada dia y listo
hgmnetwork solo tengo que ejecutar eso en root.
acabo de probarlo y funciona perfectamente

jeffreytresa esto realiza lo puedes probar con ls para saber si funciona antes de borrar y realizar backup si esta en producción.
