Hi,

I have an Elastix Version 2.3.0 release 5. And i want to migrate to Issabel 4. As i understand it should be straight forward procedure, you backup from Elastix then restore to Issabel. But the problem is during restoration the progress are getting an error saying that "Wrong Elastix Version or Backup File " The file i am restoring is at .tar format.

Can anyone please shed some light for me to be able to migrate to Issabel?

burnzbarbosa Hi, the migration tool supports Elastix 2.5 and 4.

I'm having the same issue, I have an Elastix Version 2.5.0-20. And i want to migrate to Issabel 4. But the problem is during migration, the error I'm getting is saying that "Wrong Elastix Version or Backup File " The file i am restoring is a .tar format.

i only need the PBX list, there is another way to do it? not adding one by one.
