  • Inbound route not working with pjsip

Hi,

I'm using Issabel 5 with Asterisk 18 and found it difficult to use my inbound routes.
The call comes in with s and not with the DID, and cannot be handled.

In Freepbx I can add contact_user, but not in Issabel 5 and the changes I made to pjsip_custom.conf or pjsip_custom_post.conf are not applied. If I add contact_user to pjsip_custom.conf I can handle the call and forward it to the desired extension.

Is there a patch for this option to be displayed in the Issabel settings or is it a behavior with version 18 of Asterisk?

    As I know, the user interface in Issabel does not provide direct access to all advanced settings compared to other platforms like FreePBX.

    I think there should be this possibility - change contact_user via web interface for pjsip trunks.

    Or I'm doing something very wrong.

      msnake Where can I send you some patched files to add that option and see if it works for you? I can be contacted via telegram at @asternic if you want. If patch is correct we can push it on the next issabelPBX update.

          We ran some tests and it was possible to forward calls correctly through Issabel's GUI.

              A patch was made available to us. I haven't checked whether it has been replicated in the latest versions.
