Investigating further, I realized that the problem is the latest Issabel Framework update and the spanish charset.
This customer uses Issabel in spanish and the vowels are accentuated. When I set Issabel to "English" voila... the queue menu reads as it should but when I set it back to spanish the problem is present once more.
I advice the development team to check the character codes for the spanish trannslation that is causing problems.
